【NOTE】
Those who live in any Member State of the European Union are not allowed to apply for UMIN because of the legal restriction, “GDPR(General DataProtection Regulation).”
Medical professionals/students whose country does NOT belong to the European Union are allowed to apply for UMIN.

How to get UMIN ID for clinical trial registration

UMIN-CTR requires a UMIN ID and password in order to register clinical trials.
Please acquire a UMIN ID. Users with UMIN IDs can access these areas using their unique login information.
(1)Please sign your handwriting(not typing)signature form with Copy of your ID card. (Professional ID card or student ID card)
(2)Please fill out the personal data form.
(3)Please make PDF all files and upload it.
