標本４の説明
- 採取時年齢：48
- 性別：男性
- 臨床的診断：(1)sigmoid colon polyp, (2)rectal polyp (carcinoid)
- 臨床経過並びに所見：定期検診でみつかる。
下図にて、(1)AVより25cmにsessile（無茎の） polyp(5mm)。hot biopsy 施行。
(2)AVより10cmに、broad-based polyp (8*9*9mm)。（前医で生検、 carcinoid）
